The University of San Pablo (Spain) and the Tashkent Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence for European Studies (UWED) have launched a joint project COIL (Cooperative Online International Learning) to develop the field of international relations studies. The first meeting was dedicated to the “Archeology of International Advertising”. It was attended from the Spanish side by Elizabeth Frank, Gloria Aznar and Antonio Alonso. UWED was represented by Head of TashCoE, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Gulnoza Ismailova and Spanish language teacher of the Department of Romano-Germanic Languages Khilola Ruzieva.
